Who is Junrey Bandico?
I’m Junrey Bandico, widely known in the tech industry as Shun Haraguro. Based in Cebu City, I’m a Filipino tech entrepreneur, creative strategist, and passionate innovator. As the Founder and CEO of Haraguro Digital, I’ve helped book publishing firms and SMEs in Cebu scale their operations through digital solutions and efficient production workflows.
I also serve as Partner Owner and CTO of Happy Tiny Tummies, a growing eCommerce brand based in London, UK, focused on nutritious products for babies and toddlers.
From Humble Beginnings to Global Impact
My journey began far from the tech world. I worked as a grocery store bagger and later as a fast-food crew member. Then, a life-changing opportunity came when one of my college instructors invited me to join a mobile game development project for an Australian client. That moment sparked my career in information technology.
Although I didn’t finish my Bachelor’s degree in IT, I gained real-world experience by working across several fields. These include:

Eventually, I became a Sales Director in a software company. This role allowed me to build a solid professional network, laying the foundation for my own company — Haraguro Digital.
